Collision Repair Technician Experience Survey Open Through July 31

SCRS-I-CAR-technician-survey

SCRS and I-CAR developed a survey designed to better understand the experience of collision repair technicians, available at www.collisiontechniciansurvey.com through July 31.

This survey is being facilitated by Ducker Carlisle, which has been working on sourcing technician feedback through surveys with automotive OEMs for many years.

The severity of the technician shortage has a tremendous impact on the industry. Carlisle is working to help I-CAR and SCRS understand and frame the issues from the technicians’ perspective, to share information that can lead to solutions which create stronger more rewarding value propositions to skilled technicians.

The input will support the industry and help collectively continue to improve collision technician careers as we learn how best to support and encourage one of the most valuable resources in the industry.

Please share with technicians and encourage participation before the survey closes July 31.
