Quality Collision Group (QCG) recently announced Sib Bahjat, acclaimed for his substantial experience in parts procurement and supply chain management, has been appointed to the company's Board of Directors.
"We are thrilled to welcome Sib to our Board of Directors," said Jerod Guerin, CEO of Quality Collision Group. "We firmly believe that Sib’s strategic vision and deep industry knowledge will be instrumental in helping us achieve our long-term growth goals and exceptional service to our customers."
Bahjat is no stranger to the collision repair sector. His impressive career includes co-founding Overall Parts Solutions (OPS) in 1995, a pioneering software company recognized for its impactful innovations in the collision repair industry. Under his leadership, OPS introduced the groundbreaking "Trax" parts procurement software, revolutionizing supply chain management in the sector. Bahjat's vision and guidance were pivotal in evolving OPS from a startup to a nationally recognized entity, leading to its acquisition by OE Connection (OEC) in 2021.
Beyond his achievements with OPS, Bahjat has been instrumental in forging innovative partnerships among collision repair shops, parts suppliers and OEMs. These collaborations have significantly influenced the industry, fueling growth and enhancing productivity workflows between repair facilities and suppliers.
"I am truly honored to become part of QCG’s distinguished board and look forward to working closely with the leadership team to contribute to the company's continued growth and success," Bahjat said.
